Who are we

Hi, my name is Sara Austin. This is my story: Working and living in Austrailia I was injured in Lift Doors that malfunctioned. The doors slammed onto my body and kept crushing me till I forced my way out of them.

I suffered extensive injuries. I had your standard forms of treatment 3 times a week for a year. At the end of a year of treatments I was told to learn to live with the chronic pain that they could do no more for me. It affected my day to to day life. My sleep. My friendships. My mental health. My ability to work.

In 2018 I discovered Cryotherapy and Light Therapy and literally gained my life back. I am now pain free.
